Return Policy

RETURN POLICY


We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a merchandise may be damaged. All damage claims should be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Your invoice slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail.

All purchases made through CAPELLA APPAREL website or market platforms are valid for credit or refund minus the 15% restocking fee if there is nothing wrong with the purchased items. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by this RMA form and customs documents (if applicable).

There is a 25% restocking fee for ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS, if we decide to approve the return. If the return is not approved, your merchandise will be discarded or not accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Return without the RMA FORM and NUMBER will drastically delay your return process. It also can be denied.

FINAL SALE items, Close Out and ‘special order’ items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
Final Sale and Clearance Items ending in $0.96, $0.97, and $0.98 are FINAL SALE items.

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed.

Please include your Purchase Order No. or Invoice No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number/Order Number
  • Style Number
  • Size(s) & Color
  • Quantity
  • Picture of damaged
